We are pleased you are submitting your information for membership in 'Round the Mountain: Southwest Virginia's Artisan Network. RTM defines farms and agricultural specialties as agricultural-based businesses, such as orchards, organic farming, roadside stands, vineyards, and corn-mazes, or businesses selling food made from locally grown or produced goods. One of the benefits of membership (Click here for Membership Overview) is to be included in the online RTM Craft Registry. You can opt out of the registry as you complete the form but all members must complete the form. Opting out means you will not be included in the searchable registry, but will retain your other benefits of RTM membership. We are very excited about making this resource - a directory of all farms in southwest Virginia who choose to participate - available. We get requests weekly for the different types of information included on the form. The Craft Registry will enable users to search by your business name, by the mediums you carry, by your city, by type of farm or any keyword from your description.

Each farm will have one page which will include a description of your crafts, an image, and how you can be contacted (or not.) Note that the form has some required fields. You are not required to submit an image.

Online Submission of Image Guidelines

1. Your image must be in .jpg format
2. Your image resolution must not be greater than 300 dpi
3. Your image file size must not be greater than 1 M
4. You may submit only one image per submission

Mailed Submission of Image Guidelines
Unless requested otherwise, photographs will not be returned.

1. Your image must be either a clear photograph or slide or .jpg on CD.
2. You must include your full name and phone number/email address with the mailed package
3. Please mail your photo, slide or CD to:

We will review the information for completeness and "publish" it on the website within 7 business day. We reserve the right to final approval of submissions to the site.
