White oak is the basis for all my baskets. Like the early American pioneers, I go to the woods and carefully select a tree that is suitable for basket material. All material for my baskets is hand made the old fashion way by using hand tools such as axe, froe, drawknife and knife. Our baskets are functional and/or decorative.
