The Lost Pearl's name is derived from and inspired by the golden riffleshell mussel, a singular species found in Tazewell County in the Clinch River. It nearly went extinct recently. Through diligence, vision and determination, it is being restored. At The Lost Pearl we feel an affinity for this creature. In the past, our way of life as artisans was put aside or forgotten. It is our intention it be restored and found thriving at The Lost Pearl Art Gallery. Please visit the Lost Pearl soon, you never know what delights you might find.
