Karen Cartagena is a self-taught acrylic painter with a lifelong passion for art and a deep connection to nature. She began drawing at a very young age, instinctively expressing herself through line and form long before formal instruction. Over the past 30+ years, Karen has worked primarily in acrylics, a medium through which she brings the natural world to life with vibrant color, texture, and emotion.
