I grew up in a big loving family with a view of the Atlantic Ocean in New Jersey. I learned to knit as a preteen from my mom and then from the farm manager of a fruit farm that I worked. Her name was Annie and she was the 7th woman to hike the appalachian trail. I have fruit picking, traveling & 10 years of carpentry work under my belt. I moved to Floyd and learned timber framing for 2 years, met my husband and have been married for 34 years and have raised 3 beautiful humans. I now have the time to dedicate to my inner artist. I have a little studio space with a Blue Ridge View which is where I like to create as well as outdoors.
